Butte Humane Society's Board of Directors seeks the vote of all members to adopt a new set of by-laws for the organization. Please review the Original By-Laws and the Proposed By-Laws and vote "yes" if you want to adopt the revisions, and "no" if you do not. Please submit your "yes" or "no" vote in writing (including your name and address) to Butte Humane Society, 2579 Fair St., Chico CA 95928.
