Incoming Animals

Disclaimer: The following photos are of animals that have entered the Animal Shelter on the dates indicated. The Butte Humane Society is under no legal obligation to post photos of incoming animals, and has established this page as a community service only. It should be noted that due to personnel and technology constraints, not all incoming animals may be listed. It is also possible, for the same reasons, that incoming animals may not be listed in a timely manner. If you have lost an animal and do not see it listed on this web page, do not assume that the animal is not here. You must come to the Shelter in person to do a walk-through to make sure that your animal is not here.

The Animal Shelter is located at 2579 Fair St. in Chico, CA.
Public hours for the Butte Humane Society are:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday noon - 6 p.m.
Monday & Thursday: noon - 7 p.m.
