TrailBlazer Pet Supply will host a Grand Re-opening event at their new location within the Park Place shopping center, 762 Mangrove Ave. This event will include a pet psychic, adoptable animals from Butte Humane Society, raffles, storewide discounts, and goodie bags for all.  Help BHS get ready for puppy and kitten season and make a pet supply donation for our Shower the Shelter event! This class will continue the discussion concerning the nature of cats and how their behavior has adapted to life in our homes.

"Life Span of a Cat" will focus on:

• What kittens need
• How cats age
• Enrichment toys and activities
• What differences we can observe in the older cat
• What preventative health care older cats need
• What problems are preventable
• How to keep older cats comfortable

This class will take place at the Chico Mall in their community room located in the food court.  Look for the sliding glass door with the BHS sign on the front.  Donations will of course be welcomed! For more information about this class call 343-7917 x 134.

Fostering an animal outside of the shelter is often necessary for an animal's optimum health and care.
