Walnut Grove Apartments proudly offers 50% off the pet deposit for new or existing tenants adopting an animal from BHS. Just bring in the adoption papers get the discount.  Tenants enjoy a pet area on-site where dogs run around off the leash. 
 
Pet Deposits:

  • Dogs: regularly $400
    • No weight limit on dogs
    • Two dogs per pet deposit. (Must be fixed.)
    • No puppies under 6 months
    • Must be kept on a leash while in common areas
    • Unable to accept Pit Bulls
  •  Cats: regularly $200
    • Two cats per pet deposit. (Must be fixed.)
    • Indoors only
  •  Caged Animals: regularly $100
    • Cages must be properly maintained
    • Animals must be kept under control and remain in the unit
  •  Cat/Dog combo: regularly $500.

Pomona West is a pet friendly apartment complex that allows dogs of any size.  There is a dog park on site just for our tenants! They also allow cats in all apartments.

Pet Deposites:

  • $400 for a dog deposit
  • $200 for a cat depostit
