Summer is here, and it's our busiest time of the year - puppy and kitten season. Please help prevent "littering" by spaying and neutering your animals.
At this time the Butte Humane Society is unable to provide spay/neuter service for your pets. However, Butte Humane Society now offers a low-cost spay/neuter shuttle once a month! In addition, there are many affordable options out there for you and your pet:
- If you are in the Chico area and qualify as low-income, Paws of Chico Spay & Neuter Program can provide you with financial assistance for your animal's spay or neuter surgery.To apply, call 530-895-2109 and leave a detailed message.
